Residents of Clay County and nearby counties will soon be able to take classes at West Virginia State Community and Technical College - without the drive to Institute.

Five people are behind bars this morning after police find them with inappropriate pictures of a 14-year-old girl.

Five people from Kanawha and Clay counties were charged Monday night in connection with taking sexually explicit photos of a 14-year-old girl at a residence in Clendenin.
